Amy Bernardo is a 2021 graduate of the Fordham University/Alvin Ailey BFA program where she trained under world-renowned ballet and modern teachers, and was given the opportunity to learn classic Alvin Ailey repertoire while simultaneously earning a minor in Theology under Fordham University. Amy first began dancing in her hometown of Newberry, SC and then went on to attend the SC Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities year round, as well as spending summers training in Boston and Chicago. She specializes in ballet and modern techniques, but likes to have fun with jazz and hip hop as well. Amy is passionate about the universal language of dance and inspiring the youth to think creatively.
